Fitness Squad Bootcamp started in 2019 in Lonehill, Johannesburg by Annemie Smith who is also been the founder of Fitness Squad Academy since 2016. Run by Annemie and her team of assistant trainers to bring you the most effective workout programs and make sure you have fun while doing so.
Fitness Squad Bootcamp is about community and giving people a place where they can find a sense of belonging within their fitness journey. Specializing in body conditioning for all fitness levels.
The camps run every four weeks, you can register for unlimited sessions within the four weeks or you can start out with 8 sessions within each camp.
We also partner with Karuna Yoga studio based right next door which means you can now get a dual membership for both your Bootcamp and yoga sessions.

Qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga instructor. Also known to her clients as Annie.
Her approach to health and wellness is simple, change your mind in order to change your body. She believes that in order to live a healthy life one needs to look at all aspects of your life not just diet and exercise in order to live a perfectly balanced life.
Mercy has an absolute passion for health and fitness. Extremely motivated, a strong-minded individual that has the ability to change the client’s minds about health and exercise. she is committed to showing each client that a healthy lifestyle is a balance between a well-rounded diet and exercise.
