How much does it cost to enter the challenge?

What does the challenge entail?

The Just Move Challenge is an 8 week body transformation challenge where we provide you with eating plans and training plans (you don't have to follow them if you have your own strategy already) we also provide loads of support and motivation with weekly emails and a dedicated challenge support group on Facebook. You're required to submit before photos and submit a check in every two weeks. At the end of the 8 Weeks you submit after photos which then go on to the judging process - you stand a chance to win R14 500 cash as well as amazing prizes from top brands.

Can I do this challenge even though I am already working with a personal trainer?

Most definitely. The Challenge is a complement to any program you are doing as a motivator to achieve an extra 10-20% results.

Is everything done over email and Internet - or is there a place we need to physically go?

Everything is done digitally. You do not need to go anywhere physically and can essentially do the challenge from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Must I buy Supplements?

No. We do not promote supplements. Challengers are free to use any over the counter products but it is not included in our plans nor a requirement.

Can I enter the Challenge if I do not live in South Africa?

Absolutely! We have many expats who take part. The only thing you need to know is that we only deliver physical prizes in SA. If you win cash prizes we can wire that to you via Paypal. Other then that you can easily take part from anywhere in the world.

When must we submit our "before" photos and measurements?

Photos and measurements can be submitted on the Sunday/Monday/Tuesday of your heatstart date. You have a 72 hr window to find a time that is convenient for you. If you are due to start on Monday the 13th of Jan, then you can submit on the 11th, 12th, or 14th Jan for example. Same applies for all other submissions such as week 2/4/6 check-ins and your “after” photos and measurements – you have a 1 day, 24hr grace period on each side of the submission.

Who sees my photos?

Once you submit your photos, they are approved by one of us at Fitness Squad and then kept safe and secure. Once the challenge is complete, you submit your after photos and these are then viewed by the judging panel. Your photos will NEVER be published unless you make it into our top 6 per category (this is stated clearly in our terms and conditions).

Are vegetarians catered for?

Yes. We have vegetarian eating plans available.

Are the eating plans geared toward weightloss only?

No, they are also suitable for “gains”.

Can I pay EFT, I don't have a credit card?

Yes. Our Payfast system can accept direct instantaneous electronic EFT payments for most SA banks. For Capitec clients we offer a manual EFT process. Please speak to us and we will send you the bank details.
